Here you are taken on a sensory voyage to a haven of regeneration and equilibration of mind and body.Before starting, a therapist will assess your situation and objectives and plan the best treatment or more complete programme for your personal needs. Guests can then use the indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi to initiate or complete this journey.
There is a good selection of beauty treatments, including specific ones for cleansing, purifying, calming, deep hydrating and anti-ageing. And what about some calming and cleansing Chocotherapy, or a cleansing and relaxing Marine Mud and Orange Peel treatment? For peelings you can choose between the appealing Green Tea, Orange Peel, Two Salts, Hibiscus Petals and Crystal with Flower Petals.
Your massage will also reflect your personal needs, whether it is relaxation, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite or even a toning massage for golfers. Shiatsu, Ayurvedic and Hot Stone massages are also available.
Treatments should be booked in advance and are available on Mondays to Saturdays from 14:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 14:00.
