Still as great as ever. My fifth vist and now the holder of a Gold Prestige card, I cannot speak enough of this hotel. It is heartwarming to see familiar faces on each visit. It makes one feel very special to be greeted in such a friendly manner. A Welcoming greeting, hand shake, a hug and even a kiss on a hand on one occasion. The reception staff always as helpful as can be. The food is amazing -espcially breakfast. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, new carpets this year! Even the aviary had a makeover while I was there in Sept 2013. If you are looking for a top quality hotel in every way, then the Porto Mare is for you.
