Pine Cliffs is one of Portugal’s most original golf courses, built in a pinewood on sandstone cliffs overlooking the golden beaches of the Algarve. Situated between Albufeira and Quarteira, this immaculate 9-hole course was designed by Martin Hawtree in a natural expanse of land offering stunning views. The course’s signature hole is the challenging ‘Devil’s Parlour’ – a par 3 over the cliffs and beach to an undulating green, where the scenery is truly spectacular. The golf academy offers an indoor teaching facility, state-of-the-art swing analysis cameras and advice from PGA Professionals to perfect all areas of your game.

CS Salgados Golf

Surrounded by water, the 18-hole CS Salgados Golf links course boasts a scenic location within a protected wildlife reserve, where numerous lakes create habitats for endangered species of birds. Situated along the sunny coast between Albufeira and Armação de Pêra, the course is set on mostly flat terrain – although golfers require precise technical skills and an accurate drive to reach the greens. A thousand olive trees have recently been planted to enhance the picturesque beauty of this course. Lovely beaches are within walking distance and the ocean views are truly magnificent.
