Batalha Golf Club

Batalha Golf Club is one of the largest courses in Portugal, boasting 120 hectares (297 acres) of wide fairways and perfect greens. Furnas Golf Course

High in the mountains at 500 metres (1,640 feet) above sea level, Furnas Golf boasts 46 hectares (114 acres) of spectacular golfing pleasure. The original 9-hole course was designed by Mackenzie Ross and extended to 18 holes by Cameron Powell in 1986. Situated close to a spectacular crater lake, the course overlooks the Furnas valley, which is famous for its tropical plants and hot springs.
