Situated on the south side of the Tagus river, about 30 minutes from Lisbon, Aroeira Golf Club boasts two 18-hole championship courses played through a vast pinewood estate with several large lakes. Only a short distance from the beach, golfers enjoy pristine natural surroundings and spectacular views. Both courses offer a stimulating challenge for players of all levels.

Aroeira I
Originally designed by Frank Pennink, the Aroeira I golf course is played through a dense pine forest that provides habitats for many types of birds. Many similarities have been made between this course and the prestigious Wentworth Club in London. Aroeira I offers a variety of game situations and has hosted the Portuguese Open on two occasions.
