• Espinho

Founded in 1890 by British Port wine traders, Oporto Golf Club is the oldest in the Iberian Peninsula. Inaugurated in 1934, this was the first 18-hole golf course in Portugal and has been redeveloped over the years by renowned architects Mackenzie Ross and Frank Pennink. Oporto Golf is home to some of the oldest tournaments in the golfing world, which include the Skeffington, Dockery and Kendall Cups. In 2004, a 6-hole pitch and putt course was added, primarily to encourage younger players. Situated near the beautiful beaches of Espinho, this superb links course is only 20 minutes south of Porto.
