Montebelo Hotel & Spa works closely with the various specialised parts in its group offering support services to be able to provide solution for any event you could wish to host. You can even leave the planning and execution of the event completely in their capable hands.

This flexibility extends also to the spaces available for your event. From the smallest meeting to truly large events of over a thousand participants can be accommodated. It has 13 meeting rooms of various sizes, with the possibility of interconnecting them. They all enjoy natural light. For an extra chic and special meeting, the garden can also be prepared for a gathering.

The events team can manage all the logistics of the event, such as registration of participants, correspondence and collection of fees and social activities and they can also arrange promotional and communication materials, such as stationary, participation certificates, nameplates, posters, badges and gifts.

You can even leave logistics such as transport and transfers to and from the hotel to them. In short, you can rest assured that the entire planning and execution of your next event is safe in their capable and experienced hands.
