Good morning, I would just like to make a quick comment in regards to my recent stay at the Porto Bay Falesia in July. We stayed from 9-13 July in a double room and would have nothing but the height of praise for the staff, surroundings and general atmosphere in the hotel. The level of cleanliness in the hotel was impeccable, the rooms were fantastic, the waiting staff in the restaurant/bar/ and cleaning staff were all friendly warm and accommodating. The breakfast we received each morning was a credit to your hotel and was delicious, I have never seen as much choice and selection offered as a buffet. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to any of my friends and family and will most definitely make a return as soon as I can. I hope you can pass on my comments to your staff and show them that their manner does not go unappreciated and that it certainly contributed to the quality of my holiday.
