At the MAR Spa you’ll be surrounded at all times by a relaxing atmosphere, soothing sounds, exotic smells and the best treatments available.
The well-being section has a wet area that includes a treatment swimming pool of 19 x 4 metres, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Scottish shower, algaetherapy, Vichy shower and many treatments related to the therapies above.
The dry area includes beauty and treatment parlours, relaxation area, outdoor massage area as well as a medical post.
The Zen Lounge will provide a wonderful transition between treatments, a healthy bar with teas, natural fruit juices, water selection and light meals.
Each parlour is specifically designed for certain treatments, for example the Tahitian Holistic treatment room is where Reiki, Reflexology, Deep Massage and treatments alike take place.
The indoor relaxation room provides rest between treatments and includes a chromotherapy wall for further soothing your senses.
The Spa also offers programme for a day, 3 days or 5 days and the very special VIDAMAR Duo Moonlight programme for couples.

The Infante de Sagres gymnasium is a new surprise provided especially for Vidamar Resorts Madeira guests. Containing state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of fitness programmes such as cycling, intensive circuit workouts and specific exercise rooms, this wonderful gym features natural light and is free of charge for guests accommodated at this splendid 5 star hotel.
