Restaurants and Bars at the Hotel Tivoli Carvoeiro

Luís Baena has been nominated as Executive Chef for Tivoli Hotels. He will be  responsible for creating and implementing a concept of revisited Portuguese gastronomy.
His very personal and distinct signature is derived from his travels and experiences. He is always experimenting, and combines various influences and references.
He has vast international experience and has been Executive Chef in many top hotels. His 25 year career includes collaboration with some of the principal chefs in the world, such as Joël Robuchon and Paul Bocuse.

Varanda Restaurant

Fifth-floor restaurant offers a seagull’s view of the Atlantic Ocean below. The á-la-Carte menu has been designed with an emphasis on both quality and variety.

Opening hours:
Breakfast served from 07:30 to 10:30

Palmeira Coffee Shop
By the pool, enjoy a snack or light meal without having to change out of your swimming costume.

Opening hours:
From 11:00 to 17:00 (April to October)

Grotto Bar
Sing along, laugh and generally have fun during the regular programme of live music and entertainment shows held at this bar.

Bogart’s Bar
This is the place to go to watch TV on a big screen, particularly good for sporting events, and to play snooker on a full-sized table.

Pool Bar
This pool bar is only open during summer months.
