Tivoli Hotels has appointed Luís Baena as their Executive Chef. He is responsible for creating and implementing a concept of reinvented Portuguese cuisine. Personal, distinct, and experimental, his cuisine combines all his influences from his extensive travels and experiences.
His 25 year plus career, including experiences as an Executive Chef in 5-star hotels all over the world and opportunities to learn from, and collaborate with, master chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon, have equipped him to take the cuisine of Tivoli Hotels to new heights.

Nikki Marina Restaurant
Tuck into a hearty all-you-can eat buffet breakfast. This restaurant, with fantastic views of the marina, also offers lunch and dinner.

Breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00
Lunch from 12:30 to 15:00
Dinner from 19:30 to 22:00

Pearl Restaurant
Dine in style at Pearl. Sample a selection of the finest on offer with one of the tasting menus. Or order from a comprehensive à-la-carte menu which includes the best of east and west, with sushi, risotto and seafood dishes being just a few of the many specialities of note.

Ultra Lounge
