Luís Baena, Tivoli Hotels’ recently nominated Executive Chef, has accepted the responsibility for conceiving and implementing a concept that revisits Portuguese cuisine. His cuisine is always distinctive and personal, being the fruits of his unique talent and the references and influences of his experiences and his travels. He joins Tivoli after working in many restaurants internationally and having been the executive chef in various 5 star hotels. With a career spanning more than 25 years, he has collaborated with, and learnt from, many of the finest chefs in the world, including Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon.
