Restaurants and Bars at The Tivoli Victoria Hotel

Luís Baena, who was recently nominated Executive Chef for Tivoli Hotels, has a concept of Portuguese cuisine with a twist and will be responsible for implementing this at Tivoli Hotels.
The distinctiveness of his cuisine is the fruit of his various trips and experiences and his experiments with the combination of these influences. For over 25 years he has  been working all over the world, including being an Executive Chef in international 5 star hotels. He considers Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon as having been two of his most valuable teachers and collaborators.

Gourmet Restaurant
Located on the first floor, the modern minimalist decor perfectly complements the inventive cuisine of renowned chef Luis Baena. Fusing traditional Portuguese flavours with those of the Far East, the results are truly mouth-watering. Popular standards include feijoada; bean and sausage stew, and ‘bacalhau com natas’; cod in a cream sauce. Open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.

Sensorial International Cuisine Restaurant
What better start to the day than a fantastic self-service breakfast of fresh, natural local produce? And dinner is as stylish an experience as it is informal.

Bartini Bar
This circular lobby bar affords an impressive view of the golf course. Tuck into a snack or relax with a sophisticated cocktail. Scone lovers are in luck too, as the Bartini also offers cream teas. Use the quieter area as a library, or enjoy everything the bar offers alfresco, on the outdoor lounge. Open from 11:00 to 01:00.

Popbar
Opposite the pool and facing the fairways of the golf course, this is the perfect destination to savour the warm late afternoons of the Algarve, especially so in the outside lounge area. This cocktail, wine, champagne and cigar bar remains open from 18:30 to 01:00.

Chill by the Pool
Open from 11:00 to 19:00 with waiter service, this support bar for the main pool offers a range of grills, salads and gourmet snacks.
