Restaurant and Bar at the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais Hotel

Luís Baena was recently nominated Executive Chef for Tivoli Hotels. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of a concept of revisited Portuguese cuisine. With a very personal and distinct signature, his cuisine is experimental and combines various influences and references, the fruits of his travels and experiences. He has worked in many cities internationally and has been the Executive Chef in 5-star hotels. During his 25 year career he has worked with some of the most important chefs in the world, like Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon.

This elegantly decorated restaurant overlooks the hotel gardens and the picture postcard town of Sintra Mountains. Enjoy exquisitely prepared Portuguese and international dishes from the à la Carte menu.

Bar
Next to the restaurant, the bar includes an outside terrace that affords some superb views of the mountainside.
