Luís Baena has been appointed Executive Chef of Tivoli Hotels. His distinct and personal style is experimental, combines many references and influences, the result of his experiences and travels. Having worked all over the world as Executive Chef in 5-star hotels and on Scandinavian cruises. He has enjoyed collaborating with master chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon during a career spanning 25 years. He will introduce a reinterpreted concept of Portuguese cuisine.
