Luís Baena was recently appointed Executive Chef of Tivoli Hotels. He has conceived a new take on Portuguese cuisine, and will be responsible for its implementation. With a very personal and distinct signature, his cuisine is experimental and combines various influences and references, the fruits of his travels and experiences. He has worked in major international cities and been the Executive Chef of premium hotels. In his career spanning 25 years, he has worked with several important chefs, such as Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon.
